Undertook AVM free wheel hub service yesterday whilst doing the hub bearings replacement
I purchased the service kit from Paddock spares
When I came to fit the new felt spline washer that’s just behind the castellated type nut on the shaft
It didn’t fit onto the shaft it was too smaller inside diameter to fit ,
Please see attached photo on the left is the new one right is existing one,
I had carefully removed the old one so re used it
Wasn’t happy to do so but I did .
Not sure if it was the wrong size supplied.

That's a hub felt oil seal .RTC3515 as in the illustration from the parts list. It fits in the drivre member.
Nothing to do with free wheeling hubs. The fwh replaces the dtive member.
